At Hucari, we believe discovering great fashion shouldn't require giving up your personal data. You do not need to create an account to search products, explore curated fashion feeds, or contact vendors.
We do not track you across the web, we do not sell your personal data to advertising brokers, and we keep data collection strictly limited to what is necessary to deliver the search and discovery experience.
When you save items or outfits on Hucari while signed in, your preference data is stored directly in your browser's local storage (localStorage).
This data remains on your physical device. You have total control over this data and can clear it at any time by removing saved items directly from the Saved page or clearing your browser cookies and site storage.
If you voluntarily register an account or sign in as a brand, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. We use this only to manage your account and authentication session.
To understand which fashion trends and categories resonate with shoppers, we collect anonymous, aggregated diagnostic telemetry: search queries, category filters, and outbound vendor click counts. These metrics are not linked to your personal identity.
When you click “Chat on WhatsApp” or “DM on Instagram”, you leave Hucari and communicate directly on those respective platforms. Hucari does not access, read, or store your private chat conversations, bank account transfers, or payment receipts.
We never sell, monetize, or rent user personal data to third-party data brokers or marketing lists.
We only share necessary operational data with trusted infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting and security monitoring) strictly required to operate and protect Hucari.
You have the right to request a copy of any personal data we hold about you or request complete deletion of your account and associated records.
To request account deletion or data removal, email privacy@hucari.com or contact us through our Contact Page. Requests are verified and fulfilled within 7 business days.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product enhancements or changes in legal regulations. When changes occur, the “Last updated” date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
